A.  High-energy training delivered by experienced trainers and facilitators, engaging and thought-provoking activities, facilitated small- and large-group discussions, strategies specific to client needs, integration of organizational and management theory with interpersonal and communication skills development

 

Q. Is there a certificate of completion?

A.  There is no certificate of completion.

 

Q. Is there a minimum number of hours/maximum number of hours?

A. GST conducts ½ day seminars (4 hours), all-day seminars (8 hours), and multi-day workshops. Also, GST conducts one-on-one/small-group executive coaching sessions between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on client needs.

 

Q. Is there a minimum/maximum number of attendees required?

A. For workshops/work sessions, GST requires a minimum of 8 to 10 participants; no more than 15 participants. For seminars, GST can accommodate between 25 to 50 participants. GST offers different options for executive coaching: one-on-one sessions or small-group sessions with no more than 5 participants.
